TOPOGRAPHIES OF A LIE

 "Topographies of a lie" is built as a mysterious sequence of images. It is an invitation to journey through the delineation of a landscape that conceals in itself layers of truth. In parallel with this wandering, in an area that seems to emerge from a tale, one operates a movement of thought and emotion. Indeed, "Topographies of a lie" is a form of geographic feeling where each image is a fragment of an undefined place that can reveal traces of a past in a back-and-forth between depth and surface.

Sue-Elie Andrade-Dé, an half french, half portuguese photographer born in France in 1986. She graduated in Photography from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de la Photography d'Arles. Since 2010, She's been working as an independent visual artist collaborating with few artists as André Cepeda, Manuela Marques, and Victor Martins on books, photography & interactive installation's project.

She now lives and works between Paris, Lisbon & São Paulo (Brazil).
